Mr. Arun Jain

Mr. Arun Kumar Jain, aged 49 years, He is designated as Chairman and Managing Director and also the Promoter of the Company. He has Degree in B.SC and Diploma in Textile Technology.Entrepreneur by experience of 25 years in Infrastructure Industry. He is Chairman and Post holder of Builders Association of Indore and Board Member in CREDAI. He is Chairman of IDA Contractor Association as well as Member in advisory committee for Provident Fund Department of Madhya Pradesh.He is currently driving the company as an experienced sustainability and networking Director/Promoter through capabilities of effective coordination, management and implementation, finance management, strategic planning, business leadership.He is responsible for the expansion and overall management of the business of our Company. His leadership abilities have been instrumental in leading the core team of our Company.

Mr. Arun Jain is a visionary leader, one with a vision that can look at the bigger picture of things. He visualizes the path we, as Highway group, are going to be taking and how to succeed when doing so. But the main feature that distinguishes him from others is his ability to persuade others to follow his vision and leadership happily. He can spark motivation in all team members. Thus, enticing all of them enough to keep them excited about the project even when they are faced with obstacles.

Mr. Ujjwal Ghosh

Mr. Ujjwal Ghosh, a luminary in his field, not only boasts a remarkable academic background with a B.E. in Civil Engineering from the prestigious University of Jabalpur in 1976, but his illustrious career also includes a distinguished tenure as a Supervising Engineer at the corporate headquarters of MPPKVVCL in Indore. He navigated the corridors of corporate excellence, wielding his expertise until his retirement in 2013. His journey epitomizes the pinnacle of professional achievement, where his visionary leadership and engineering prowess continue to inspire generations.

Mr. Anoop Agrawal

Mr. Anoop Agrawal, aged 40 Years, He is designated as Whole Time Director and Promoter of the company. He is an entrepreneur with 16 years in the Infrastructure Industry. He has been Director of our company since incorporation. He has been involved in taking projects and taking all approvals from government regarding HIGHWAY INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED Infrastructure management. He is the backbone of the company; currently looking after identifying, project selection, negotiating and implementing new business opportunities, setting up the overall project infrastructure and team building. He looks after overall business including business development, project implementation of our company

Very dynamic, vigilant, amicable and organized, a perfect blend of a professional and a believer, who believes in his projects and works religiously. He has built and preserved trusting relationships with associates, investors and clients over 20 years of his career. He finds ways to outperform the competition and maintain the grandiosity of Highway Group.

He enhances every members skill, ensuring that they completely believe in the cause they are working for With more than 30 years of experience, he has detailed knowledge of utility and construction sectors including many development works, building works and bridges executed during past periods for different government departments like PWD,IDA,IMC,MP RRDA,NHAI etc.

Mr. Riddharth Jain

Mr. Riddarth Jain, a distinguished graduate of the Bachelor of Architecture program at the esteemed Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (2023), is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Robotics and Autonomous Systems at the School of Design, University of Pennsylvania (expected completion in 2024).

Mr. Omprakash Shrivastava

Mr. Omprakash Shrivastava is dedicated to driving innovation and fostering collaboration to tackle the complex challenges facing the infrastructure sector. With a focus on sustainability and resilience, he is committed to building a brighter future for communities around the world through transformative infrastructure projects that stand the test of time.

Mrs. Bhawana Pujara

Ms. Bhavana Pujara aged 38 Years;She is designated as Non-executive Independent Director of the Company. She holds a degree of B.Com. She is practicing creative writing and storytelling and heading our company‘s advertising and Marketing activities.She is appointed as Independent director of the Company w.e.f. 25/04/2018 for the term of 5 years and he is not liable to retire by rotation.
