The Company have been accredited with work in hand of more than Rs. 1780 million by the above government organizations. Highway Infrastructure Limited enjoys the status of Class A contractor, the highest class than any contractor can achieve. HIL due to this status can bid for contracts of unlimited value under state agencies in Madhya Pradesh and other states. HIL is amongst the top three players in Madhya Pradesh eligible to bid for bigger projects.
In addition to the infrastructural related activities Highway Infrastructure Limited from FY 2011, forayed into real estate business as well. In initial stages of real estate project, HIL had been able to use cash accruals generated from civil constructions. Going forward, cash accruals from real estate project are expected to be significant which could be utilised to support civil construction vertical if required. To sum up Highway Infrastructure has two verticals-
- Construction of roads and other road related works
- Construction of Bridges

Highway Infrastructure has successfully completed housing projects detailed as under-
Project-1: New York City – This is a residential project where company has worked as an independent developer. The estimated total cost of the project is around INR900m. The project has been completed in FY 2016 except one Tower which is under construction and two towers which will be constructed only after the market conditions are assessed to be favourable.
Project-2: Karuna Sagar Project – Company has undertaken this project under joint development agreement where HIL is the land owner. The overall revenue expected from this project is INR850m, against which HIL will have a share of about 12% in the revenue i.e. INR102m from the project.
Mr. Arun Kumar Jain (Managing Director) S/o Mr .Radhey Lal Jain is the promoter of the company with a good experience of more than 25 years in the business activities. He controls the administrative, human resource activities of the company. With his continuous efforts he has contributed to take HIL to greater heights. Mr. Jain embedded a culture of customer focus and innovation in the company.
Mr. Anoop Agrawal (Whole Time Director) S/o Mr. Om Prakash Agrawal is the promoter of the company with experience of more than 16 years in the business. He is expertise in operation and project management. He is associated with HIL as one of the founder member. Over the years, he has been handling various operational activities of the company and at present he heads the team working on various sites as per the work order received.

We can respond to opportunities, assess challenges and develop solutions, leverage relationships, and, because we are a long-term investor, we know the importance of working with the management teams of our investments and our partners to create sustainable, long-term value.

Our growth is largely attributable to our efficient business model which involves careful identification of our projects and cost optimisation which is a result of executing our projects with careful planning and strategy. This model has facilitated us in maximising our efficiency and increasing our profit margins. Additionally, our fleet of modern construction equipment ensures better control over execution and timely completion of projects.
Our Company follows a strategic approach during the pre-bidding stage, which involves undertaking technical surveys and feasibility studies and analysing the technical and design parameters and the cost involved in undertaking the project. We believe that our strategic approach during the pre-bidding stage enables us to bid at competitive prices and helps us to successfully win projects. Once we win a bid, our focus is to ensure high quality of construction during the execution stage of the project, as a result of which, we believe, we are able reduce maintenance and repair costs and therefore realize higher margins during the operation and maintenance stage of the project.
Through our experience of executing projects of varying sizes, we believe that we have developed internal systems and processes which help us in effective execution of our projects. Our experienced engineering and management teams are responsible for ensuring that we execute the project in a systematic and cost effective manner by monitoring operational, administrative and finance costs at every stage of the project cycle and applying checks and controls to avoid any cost and time overruns.
