Highway Enterprises was founded in 1995 as a partnership firm. Driven by its mission and vision, the firm experienced significant growth and evolved into a private limited company, renamed Highway Infrastructure Private Limited.
On May 4, 2018, the company took the next step in its development by converting to a public limited company and adopting the name Highway Infrastructure Limited.
